Kristen Ames, Controller/Operations Director

Kristen Ames has been with Rickert Media as its corporate controller and operations manager for the past five years. In this capacity, Ames is responsible for all aspects of Rickert Media’s financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payroll, analytical studies and reporting, while she also manages several administrative areas such as Human Resources, purchasing and web site maintenance. Ames came to Rickert Media with 17 years of administrative experience. She worked for Navigant International/TravelCorp, an international travel management company, and served as Administrative Services Manager and regional Human Resources liaison responsible for personnel and benefits administration. While at TravelCorp, Ames was also responsible for e-mail administration and facilitated their IS support and software training.

Ames managed a team of individuals responsible for communications, proposal processing, purchasing, and sales reporting. Ames served on TravelCorp’s Total Quality Management team, and headed up their "Circle of Excellence" recognition program.
