JackRabbit Systems/BookDirect

JackRabbit Systems/BookDirect, www.JackRabbitSystems.com, was launched in 2006 out of Santa Fe, New Mexico by Andrew Van Luchene; one of the first six employees of Priceline.com when they launched back in 1997. In May 2008, Rickert Media began to work with and consult JackRabbit Systems, as the growth of BookDirect began to accelerate.

Rickert Media consulted on the North American expansion of JackRabbit/BookDirect in the areas of competitive analysis, brand positioning, identifying core target account categories, content development, sales structure, sales strategy, sales materials/media kits and directing research industry metrics.
