Rickert Media manages the following: recruited, hired and managed the sales network; setup and managed the marketing support team; collaborated the positioning as both an advertising medium and promotional platform, setup internal research structures and processes, structured the pricing model, help developed the media kit and ongoing sales materials and repositioned the pricing models and media/ promotional packaging to better align with the Out-of-Home industry.
